A system for keeping a brand consistent without depending on one person remembering how things are done.

BrandOS started as an internal template. Every time we kicked off a brand project we ended up rebuilding the same thing: tone, messaging, decision criteria, what's in and what's out. All of it lived in someone's head or in a PDF nobody opened again.
The bet is turning that into a living system: a place where the brand is defined in operational terms, and where anyone on the team — or a language model — can produce something consistent without guessing.
Status
In testing with a small group of users. I still don't know whether the problem hurts enough for anyone to pay to solve it. That's exactly what I'm measuring.
